I see two adjuster for headlight?? Why two adjuster? Don't know which to adjust.

Use your owner's manual. There is always going to be 2 screws on the mounting brackets for the headlights on is to adjust the up and down angles (usually the inside one) and the outter one is to angle it in, in or out.
