My friend has a BMW 650i and when approaching the car he was able to unlock the exterior door by touching the door handle and started the car with the keyless remote in his pocket (he never pulled it out of his pocket). I just purchased a BMW 650i and it has all of the same features however the only function I cannot perform is auto unlocking the doors and starting the car without manually pushing the remote to unlock the doors and then inserting the remote into the ignition slot and pushing the start button. Is this a programmable feature that I can get implemented/upgraded at the BMW dealer, can BMW program this?
