we bought a 2004 BMW X3 from a dealer in Virginia called Nation Auto Group. We bought in June 2008 and we've been waiting for a title ever since. They keep telling us they will send us the title in 2-3 weeks. But when we called them in September 2008, they said they were out of business and there was nothing they can do. We currently live in Cary, NC and the BMW has been in our garage for almost a year. How can we get a title for our car?
