hi, i'm looking to add some nice details to my X3 (not looking to upgrade performance yet)

my ideas:
add red glow (neon) lights under the dash and under the seats
add neons under the car (maybe not - it's illegal)
tint the windows (anybody know about the tint laws in NJ?)
rims (might have to wait on these b/c i'm a little low on $$)
change grille to a blacked-out or chrome grille

any ideas? thanks
