wich software is use for increase bhp (chip tunning) for BMW 530d year 2000 (184bhp)?? can I do it my self?need help

man just grow some balls and get a turbo i have an m3 and i just got a turbo last week it added 350 hp to the wheels and i also bought a blow out valve because it sounds cool and it help your turbo cool down
