side aluminum shield. What is prob? Is it the valve cover gasket causing this? Also power steering reservoir looks wet with fluid. I wipe it dry and comes back in a few months. Could it be power steering fluid leaking onto engine hotspots or manifold?

Car has 80,000 miles on it.
