...aluminum shield. What is prob? Is it the valve cover gasket causing this? Also power steering reservoir looks wet with fluid. I wipe it dry and comes back in a few months. Could it be power steering fluid leaking onto engine hotspots or manifold?

Car has 80,000 miles on it.

Thanks

it could be the valve cover gasket. they are prone to leaking. it's pretty easy to get in there and see where the leak is coming from. i doubt the power steering leak has anything to do with it, as the reservois is on the driver side and exhaust is on the pass side.(if my memory is right) been a couple years since i worked on one. get a rag and parts clean and clean up oil residue around the exhaust. make sure to take the engine covers and etc. off so you can get a good visual.
