I own a BMW 523i, (2000 model) but the head gaskets gone! It's not far off the same price to get another engine than replace the gasket. I've been offered a 2.5 engine for £1028 with 68k or 3.0i sport with 53k for £593 (different breakers). Would there be any problems fitting the 3.0 into it? Does anyone also know what the 0-60 is on the 530 sport and is there a difference between the 530i & 530i sport engine?

not really what the title said.... uhh. most of the "sport" cars only have like upgraded suspension, better breaks, better tires, ect. it might have some better engine performance but nothing big. - the sport is cheaper and has less miles so...... id get it.
