I am wondering if any of you have any comments on the vehicle listed above?

I am deciding what to purchase and I am not sure what I should buy. I am also looking at a 94 3000GT VR4, showroom condition and can't decide. I have owned a 96 VR4 and a 93 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo and am wanting power but I also want reliability. I take care of my cars and maintain every one I have owned to the point that they look and run like a brand new car no matter what mileage they have.

I also own a 1992 Acura Legend LS, which now has over 230,000 miles on it and it is in almost showroom condition, including the engine, however at 2300,000 some of the little things are starting to finally break down. I'm wondering will this BMW hold up if I take care of it like I normally take care of my cars? The BMW in question is in excellent condition and runs like new. I know a lot about cars and can only find positive things about this vehicle but just wanted some opinions.
Thanks
Thanks HK, I think you just helped me make my decision.
Thanks freelopo...are you selling yours? If you are would you e-mail me with details ? My e-mail is dcp_717@yahoo.com. I'm still trying to decide.

The Bimmer is a great car, and witht he sport package it's probably the best handling sedan on the market -- even gets decent gas mileage. However, a Bimmer wiht that kind of mileage is going to cost you way more $$$ to maintain (even if nothing goes wrong) than would a comparable Acura, and in my opinion would not last as long. You'll note that new BMW's now come with maintenace costs included for the first few years. There's a reason for that.People were outraged at the prices of maintenance. I'd say check out a Certified Preowned Acura TL. I had a 2000 & loved it. Good Luck.

One word, "EXPENSIVE". To maintain that is. Even if you go to an aftermarket repair shop the parts are in the stratosphere.

On the other hand I would not trade my 1995 525i Touring Wagon for anything else. If you like performance, handling and the best powerplants in the industry the BMW is for you.

Be careful if you don't have the coin for maintenence.
