Alright, here is how it goes. My parents went away on vacation for a couple of weeks. They live in MD, I had some time off, so I went to watch the dog for a couple of days. During that time, i used my dad's car. He has a 2007 BMW X3. I parked it in the garage in PARK. I went to work out for about an hour. To finish my workout, I walked up the court and back. When I came back to the area where the garage is, I saw the X3 has against a tree with the alarm going off. It was still in park and it was unlocked, with the keys in it (the neighborhood is safe enough to do that.). The entire rear window was shattered and the back is completely wrecked. I talked to my dad and he believes it is not my fault. The car is still where I found it. I believe it runs and drives. What should I do? This is the first problem with the car ever. Should I call my local BMW Dealer? Should I call corporate? What should I do?
