tires on this past January-2008.? I drive mostly freeway driving 90 miles round trip to work each day
I am thinking about trading it for a smaller BMW, maybe the 1 or 3 series sudan. Any suggestions??

Right now the market is very soft for anything that looks like an SUV. Your X3 is worth thousands less than it was a few months ago. If you are trying to save on gas money, move closer to work.

You are going to spend far more trading to a new BMW than you will save on gas. Maybe you want to wait for the 3 series diesels coming out in fall.

Sudan? That's a country. Sedan -- Thats a 3 series with 4 doors. In the US, The 1 series is available as a coupe.

1 and 3 with the same motor get about the same fuel economy. They share a lot of parts. If you want a new car, put the X3 on eBay, take whatever you can get for it and go order that new BMW!
