hello.. im looking at a bmw x3 in black. loaded. all the features u can think of. advertised price is 26999 ..mileage is 22300. the dealer said they dont negotiate since they advertise the lowest price. how much should i pay?? i really like it. also it jjust came off of a lease.no problems reported on car fax. should i play hardball or just give in?
