Is this any good? Seems awfully cheap... (but +75 HP...)

The link is for an s10. It seems a little far fetched 75+hp? I would not subject my BMW to that. I would do a little more research for performance on that model. Most of the time the chips will do more damage then good if its not from a reputable company.
