On the front passenger door, the window does not go all the way down or all the way up. There's a strong clicking sound.

I've removed the door panel and can't see any cause. I don't see a broken tooth on the actuator, obviously the motor is trying to turn, it doesn't look like something is broken or blocked.

If someone has detailed photos or instructions, that would help alot.

Thanks.

Go to an auto electric repair shop in your area - do not, repeat do not go to the BMW dealer they will charge you $1000 or some other outrageous price to fix this door.....a Pontiac dealer wanted to charge my daughter's girlfriend $700 to repair a window that would not go up and down and instead I told her to go to the local auto electric repair shop.....she has a bad wire and a loose switch.....final price $85.00 Car Dealers should be thrown in jail for raping people so blind on repairs......check around, more than likely it is a bad switch or a bad motor....auto electric will repair that for far, far less than a dealer.
